Eligibility For Returns

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, our team will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

Return Shipping

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
